▼ Situation

 Our customer support team face enormous queries regarding the product bundles and individual services that SECURLY provides.

🗓 Task

Design a layout where visitors spent time on our homepage and ensure that the information delivered is valuable and effective to make a decision

1. Reached the analytics team identified the issue of Landing page Visitors-to-Contact Ratio 

2. Our current average session duration was 43 seconds

After gathering effective data from the analytics team my use case was more clear that the user visiting the website are not engaging with many product and having trouble to find the WIIFM factor (What’s in it for me) which eventually increases customer queries.

Redesigned the Landing page by -
1. Re Illustrating the Hero image of the Landing Page

  1. 2. Changing the message next to the POV module by brainstorming and facilitating a co creative session engaging the team mates and stake holders to think laterally

    3. Introducing our All-in-one bundle with clear CTA

    4. Quanitfying our achievements and highlighting social presence
    5. Clear CTA with that redirects to “Request Demo” form.

  1. Worked with the illustrator in transcribing the story boarding that will communicate all our product offerings.
